Polaris provides professional marketing, advertising, and SEO services, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or return on ad spend, as results depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, and client-provided assets/approvals).

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying code — is owned by Polaris or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables (e.g., a client's own website, ad creative, or branding) are owned as set out in the applicable service agreement with that client, typically transferring to the client upon full payment.

The Site links to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Yelp, CallRail, Calendly). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.
